Basically the 30 bonus is a semi discount of around 20-30%. I'd rather pay half as much and get better flowers.

By the way, these offers seem to come around every holiday.
If you value miles at 1 cent(which is low) it would equate to 30% back. I can easily get 3+ cents per mile.

Also some of the big companies farm it out to local florists.
