Im massively glad I don't bank with them!
I opened a current account with Lloyds for 1500(15k Avios) AIRMILES last year, seemed like easy miles however errors on their part turned into relentless phone calls to set up my account properly, and then to chase the missing miles which did not post.
Interested in applying for this card soon although if it is anything like before or what you are experiencing now then I am certainly weary.
