To clarify while the 25k miles is EQM (2x or 3x BIS), the 10k miles with status is actual BIS flying, though you do get credit for the flight that makes you elite. This means that kpowed will probably make Platinum before any stickers post. They can however be bought for $30 each, if an upgrade clears.
Upgrades clear EXP then Plat then Gold with priority given to full fare passengers. Companions of an elite will clear with their travel partner.
