I believe there is a BA sale due to start on the 22 December 2011, however I would imagine the sales period would be up until September 2012 only, not including October and November 2012. I know it’s very hard to predict what BA plan sales wise for the future, but would you recommend buying now or waiting for a sale that includes when we plan to fly. We would be looking to fly economy, would rather spend the extra money on our honeymoon instead of the flights.
I thinks its c.£625 now. I'd guess you could find it drop to £550 or so in a sale. If the dates are half-term or Saturday o/b or Sunday rtn, i'd be taking the price as per Xmas day. Y fills up the low fare buckets quicker than WT+ & CW.
One advantage in earlier booking is seat selection is wider (if you have that privelege); though I wouldn't fancy a 10hr 747 flight in Y for my honeymoon.
