Let's get a Hub list going. I'll start, feel free to add. Brewery needs to have the capacity to serve DL and not just a neighborhood small brewery:

ATL: Sweetwater

MSP: Summit, Surly (cans!)

SLC: Moab, Wasatch, Uinita (sp?)

DTW: ?

MEM:
