Indeed, and that would probably only make sense at the current rate of 13.5cpEQM to buy up if you need ~10k and can't fly between now and 12/31.
That of course takes a risk assuming that the one-time-adjustment happens ON 12/31 and that you'd cross MM that day under the 2011 rules... a big wager for $1350
