What is the price directly from Hertz? You can't compare a discounted AAA rate against a discounted Orbitz rate and say they are not discounting from the full rate they get for the car.

The AA discount is against a Hertz rate, not a discounted Orbitz rate. They are not saying it's 15% off any other price out there (or up to 15%). It's possible the Orbitz rate is the same discount as the AAA one.
