Sunday (12/11) night BDL-CLT did not conform to the new policy.
Weds (12/14) CLT-BDL *did*. So FC was boarded fully 30 minutes before departure. Do you think we got PFBs? Hell no. In fact drinks were not offered until about 30 minutes after take off.
