There were some promo's a while back but they have all expired. I am not sure you could even fly the required flights at this point anyway. You are better off just starting fresh in 2012 and going as fast as you can as early as you can IMO.
In the past before Diamond status I flew around 100K a year and had DM for a few years and changed jobs and stopped flying

I think the more interesting part was that he HAD DM status in the past before DM status existed...

Maybe there's hope for Krypton stat???
