Just got my first paper statement through (paper really?)

It has all my financial transaction on there, which is great, but I wanted to know how the 529 points transferred to Avios earlier this month were erned.

They have provided absolutely no detail.

I'd have to sit here with a calculator to work it out transaction by transaction.

How very 80's

I guess we all just have to "trust in Lloyds", however this concerns me because Amex are continuously making mistakes with points or failing to post bonus points for promotions then I have to phone us. This will be much harder to keep track of if I have to wait for the paper statements.
