finally got it done... signed up for a trial of ExpertFlyer and figured out which flights were at Q0 and changed to ones that were not. There might have been ways to figure out which available flights were cheaper but at this point I just want to finish and go to bed... it's still not ticketed yet (at "purchased" right now), hopefully there wouldn't be any more problems.

I don't understand how a third-party company can give accurate info and they can't figure out their internal inventory. Maybe AA should get a subscription of EF.
