I've only ever flown OS in Y from YYZ to VIE connecting onto tyrolean DH4's into eastern Europe. I found the 763's last year dated- for the price (same as every other airline, if not more), there was no personal IFE and the seats were falling apart. Actually quite similar to LOT that I tried this past summer....funny thing is, LOT is about 300 CAD cheaper, and the plane was a former ZOOM jet (same seats, even the TV said ZOOM). The colours were fine, the crew were fantastic, and the food was actually pretty good.

I can't comment on their C product though, but with all 763's that go 2x2x2 in C, narrow seats are expected! I think AC used to have it right with the traditional-style J cabin in their 763's- 2x2x1 or 1x2x2. At least you got some added width, not just a wider armrest!
