Clubs now are so crowded. Was in the E Club last week - they were making announcements asking people to take their luggage off the few chairs left so people could sit down.

Waitlist? Seriously? I think anyone that paid for an annual membership should demand a refund.

Although...as I think about it - no different than overselling a flight.

Here's an idea - if you're waitlisted at the Skyclub ask for IDC (Involuntarily Denied Clubbing) compensation.
