I agree with the "mixed bag" comment. I stayed at this property when it first opened in Feb. I moved in for 2.5 weeks the day after it opened and no upgrades were given. Also at that time I had only gold status, but I asked if they have a discounted rate for internet since I was staying there for a longer period. They told me 15 pounds a day, which was only 1 pd discount from their 16pd. My coworker called her platinum ambassador and the ambassador spoke with the front desk and apparently the lady that answered my phone gave me the wrong information. The ambassador told me it's only 75 pounds for the entire stay and there is a form at the front desk that you can pick up. So if any of you are planning on staying a long period of time, go to the front desk and asks if they have weekly rates.

The pro about this hotel is the location and there was this one time when I called downstairs to asks for a scale. They did not have it, but went out and bought one for me and did not charge it to my account. They said the rooms needed a scale anyways.
