I've been to this hotel twice (both stays in summer of 2010) and booked C&P for both stays. As a gold, I was upgraded to a renewal room twice, so I'm 2/2 on room upgrades.
This is one of the best SPG hotels I have ever visited.
We also love this hotel. 2 C & P stays October/November 2011 yielded great upgrades. Staff tracked down and kept a blouse I forgot from one stay to the next. Great lounge.
