A lot of interesting views on this thread. Someone summed it up very eloquently earlier on, there are a small minority of posters who's posts we can all predict before they happen. Think this group has representation both for and against BA.

It's a bit of a shame as they also tend to be relatively prolific posters, some interesting threads and debates quite quickly get lost in the mire of one sided, ill founded, repetitive tosh. It's also sometimes depressing to see new posters quickly ganged up on.

Vast majority of posters are balanced and able to engage in balanced debate. Still, the quirks make FT a more interesting place!
