I had this same problem last year when I made EXP for the first time. Apparently AA allowed my SWU balance go negative TWO years ago when they failed to process a gifted SWU but granted the upgrade. First agent was not going to allow it to be fixed. Called the EXP desk, explained what happened, she fixed it. Saw the fix online and a day later it was reversed out by the first agent! Called back to EXP and it was fixed and stayed fixed!

AA.com should show SWU balances for all accounts and not just EXP and those with a positive balance. I would have resolved the problem two years earlier had I known.
