At least if 99.9% of people agree the food was getting pretty poor then you can discount those who disagree as either a) not flying BA or b) having no taste buds.
Thank you for your reply.
I personally think that 99% of the public have NO taste buds.
My family tried Mr Kipling orange and chocolate whirls last week. They arent very nice, yet I have a few reviews on the web saying how nice they are. So it would appear that we are all different. Even the old chap who will usually eat everything, didnt like them. Maybe you should try them and see if you like them.
I cant comment on the cabin crew member who did or didnt say something. As I havent ever spoken to them. it would be unfair to blame someone for doing something or saying something without actually seeing it.
I spent many years having someone make comments and remarks about me behind my back. So I am aware, at first hand, that some people do see life with a different view point. Many things that this person said about me or my life were false. When he found out the truth he blamed me for failing to tell him. Well he told my staff and anyone else who would listen. He didnt say to my face as I wasnt talking to him.
I personally wasnt defending the indefensible. There have been many complaint threads on here over the past six months. I just like to keep an open mind on some peoples comments because of my history. People make companies and no one is ever perfect all the time.
