Next October the new Mrs ‘MJuler’ and I plan to head to the States on honeymoon, flying into DEN and returning from SFO three weeks later. Flights from LHR with BA (direct) and UA (via the East Coast to DEN, direct return from SFO) are now available at comparable prices.

I believe there is a BA sale due to start on the 22 December 2011, however I would imagine the sales period would be up until September 2012 only, not including October and November 2012. I know it’s very hard to predict what BA plan sales wise for the future, but would you recommend buying now or waiting for a sale that includes when we plan to fly. We would be looking to fly economy, would rather spend the extra money on our honeymoon instead of the flights.
