I agree that November is pretty much to close to get everything properly organized... it would have been nice as I will be in LAS anyways...
I would say Christmas and New Year's single out the rest of this year for such a party, so it would be 2002 then.

Problem for me is that my travel plans and other timing issues are pretty much fixed until 03/08/2002... so it would be hard to queeze in another trip to the US
