I definitely prefer certain things on UA's site to CO's. For example, the ability to see both the outbound and return options on one page, instead of having to go back and forth. The way UA.com issues a ticket immediately after purchase. The fact that UA doesn't use securecode and whatever Visa's system is of CC security theatre (and often, only preventing the actual cardholder from purchasing a ticket). And the ability to actually know that I am pending/waitlisted for an upgrade, instead of having to guess only to find out that I'm not on the upgrade list after checking in and looking at the app and seeing that I'm not on the upgrade list.
