But my QUESTION is...we're originating in EUG, an AS (not AA) city...will they take our request for our SEA/DFW AA upgrade there, or do we have to wait until we physically land in SEA (with a fairly tight connection)?

Oh, and if it wasn't obvious, we're AA Gold.
