That was last Monday. Today - 8 days on - my account still shows 1 SWU remaining expiring 2/29/12. I know for sure that I only had one left when I used it.
So, did I just get lucky, or is a week+ lag expected? Prior uses of SWUs have seen almost immediate deduction...

Two thoughts:
eVIPs banks are updated once a week. If they skipped an update for whatever reason, the matter will resolve itself next week anyway.
Second possibility is that the agent pulled the eVIP from the wrong account and someone out there is short one eVIP while you will have an extra. How that plays out will depend on when the error is caught by the person who just got shortchanged.
