Yes Avis will be 100% easier to get the car from then Hertz. With HZ you would need to 1st find their shuttle van and go with them to other side of the airport.

With Avis you go up 1 level with the elevators that are passed the Info booth in the Arrivals hall and they will take care of everything and you will go out with the free baggage cart take the moving sidewalk and turn Left when it ends (dont get on the 2nd one!)

All returns are to the other Lot where HZ has their rentals begin from, Orange signs all around pointing the way
