Why check-in agents start mentioning how many points u have in your PC account?
In the past couple of months, wherever I checked in the hotels in the IHG, the front desk check-in agents always mentioned how many points I had in my PC account during check in, and most of them even had written down the point balance on the key card envolope. Does it become stardard procedure now?
Actually I find it unnecessary and a kind of annoying though.
