I'm not aware that the rental companies pick up the cab bill or what not.. But heard that rental companies don't do that.. just have to pick up when one is available..
Wow..There is no recourse. This can be real bad situation. Probably they should start prepaid guaranteed reservations (I believe some rental companies started prepaid reservations but not sure if they are even guaranteed)
