Incredible post. Thanks for the time and effort you took to share this information. I just filed it away in my browser's scrapbook because I know it will be very useful.

I followed the DFW Metroplex thread even though I couldn't attend (living in Paris makes certain gatherings difficult!) - I was impressed with the planning and execution of the event, especially in light of all the last minute changes you experienced.

I've also read the gathering reports and it sounds as if everyone had a great time.
