It is sooooo annoying to have others using overhead space that is not in their seating area! I've started boarding early to be sure I can find space near my seat in CE. I would much rather sit in the clubroom wherever and board closer to departure but I have to have a rollaboard (medical necessity) so need the overhead space and need the bag with me and not in the hold (it would be serious if it weren't delivered at the other end).

Thanks to the staff who are getting on top of this. Would it be possible for CC to watch for the surreptitious upgrading of carry-ons, please?
