I'm not really sure about AUH - KTM. I've flown BOM - KTM and I guess the EY flight should take a similar route.

On the AUH - KTM sector, a window seat on the left of the plane (A seats) and on the KTM - AUH sector, a window seat on the right (K seats) would be good for great views of the Himalayas.
