Yeah, i know it wasn't their fault, but its still a very downmarket service. And there is nothing "exclusive" about it. Also, I doubt they care, after all, Air NZ is conspicious in its deisregard for premium pax at the moment and this seems to be part of all this over hyped under-delivered comms that Air NZ seems to be firing off almost daily at the moment
