Best tip so far! Just completed a 1-night stay here on the $149 Shop and Stay package. At checkin they give you a $50 gift certificate (looks almost like a check actually). At checkout I simply handed it over and it was immediately applied to the folio balance without any question or hesitation. Total a/i cost for 1 night: $116.86. This rate includes self-parking, but that's only useful on weekdays as the parking garage is free for all on weekends.

The regency club is open in its new location on the 23rd floor of the Cascade tower and is about half the size of the old one on the 2nd floor. As a Diamond I always end up high in the Olympic tower, which makes getting to the club a bit of a pain. The staff in the club are over-the-top friendly and helpful as always, but a bit more care could be put into clearing away used dishes and refreshing the food offerings.

Lastly, the room was excellent but I am continually baffled by the lack of any sort of soap dish, tray, or even indentation in the shower/tub. I can't remember the last time I stayed at a hotel of ANY caliber that lacked such a basic necessity.
