British Airways served a Bangkok Y class KSML (Kantor) in C Class PEK-LHR. Even that they butchered, as they unwrapped and unsealed the main meal befiore heating without asking me so I couldn't eat it, and even put the roll in the oven with the regular food so I couldn't eat that either.
It was worse than the ones you pictured from HKG - that was a C class one...

In the recent past I have had an excellent meal from Lewis's in QF C Class from Sydney, and a Y class Kantor meal QF C class BKK to SYD and BKK to LHR.

In the more distant past (1-4 years) I have had;

Stogel frozen SIN-FRA on LH F class
Stogel longlife BKK-FRA on LH C Class
Stogel longlife KUL-BKK-KUL on LH C Class
Stogel longlife BKK-KUL-BKK on TG C Class
Lewis frozen KUL-SYD on OS C Class
Bernholz (Vienna) fresh (!) MLE-VIE on OS C Class
Hermolis frozen (Y Class) BKK-LHR on TG F Class

Flying next week to SYD via HKG, fingers crossed for Hermolis
