Reward Availability Fluctuation or Error

I have been looking to book a vacation using miles plus cash.

The final leg of my tour included flights from AKL to Papeete with Air Zew Zealand.

I have been calling and checking aailability for the last 2 weeks and gradually availability has been increasing.

I called last night Saturday UK time 5:30pm and was offered flights on 5 differrent dates with Air Zew Zealnd with classes ranging from Biz to Coach.

I called this morning 9:30 am and no seat availability for any days within a 30 day window.

One advisor said that there are no flights from any Star Alliance Partners on these dates.

What is going on? Availability taken out or DC error?

I have Been looking at dates for weeks, I was getting ready to book. So annoying!
