And the new twist is seems like LMU can trump WL. Also there is a glitch E maybe able to jump the line and trump SE in WL too.

There are a few thread lately talks about this...

Exactly how it really works, I think it depends on the phase of the moon and the alignment of Sun, Earth and "Kepler 22B"...
