Wow, I'm surprised by those who think this is gender dependent. I'm the (female) planner in our house. Everything is packed the night before, I have checklists of everything we need, whether it should go in carryon or checked luggage, etc. I'm always at the airport 1.5 hours ahead for domestic, at least 2 for international. Meanwhile the husband takes FOREVER to get his **** together. Drives me insane. Oh- and if he forgets something- it is my fault for rushing him out the door.
