Living only 5 minutes north of LAX, my typical Monday morning flight to dfw is the 6:45am flight. I pack the night before, leave my house at 5:25am, get to ParkOne lot at 5:30am.
Flag down ParkOne shuttle soon as I park, usually only rider. Arrive AA Priority escalator at 5:40am....15 minutes typical TSA transfer, and ready to go .

Give or take a few minutes either way.
