Their food is pretty good - they have two locations. I think the cafe is in Terminal F, and the more sit down version is in the North Terminal. I might have that reversed since it is early and I haven't finished my coffee

It is a very nice change from the usual airport food. Healthier and delicious. It is my go to for MSP. I'm a vegan and finding airport food that works usually means I brought it from home!
