I got the same email. I entered my gender and age, and then was asked how many flights I'd flown in the last six months - I had to choose from a group of about seven different airlines (including Delta). When I answered that all of my flights were on Delta, they no longer wanted my opinion. So apparently a 40-something woman who has flown multiple airlines is their target group...
