Don't forget Ritz-Carlton has an Abu Dhabi property as well that is opening very shortly I believe. The St. Regis just opened I believe as well.
The Ritz Carlton is directly opposite the Fairmont and the Shangri La. Not at all an attractive building. The pool/beach area also faces East so probably does not get much sun in the afternoon.
Kage, no we did not do Fairmont Gold. I tend to find those clubs provide an excuse to overeat and drink.
