I don't think so, or at least not so bluntly. Perhaps something along the lines of, "We provide something for our guests to have between flights, as well as more substantial offerings at meal hours" might be more appropriate.

I did comment on the wine selection at my local diner years ago, receiving a reply along the lines of, "If that's truly important to you, you might consider having wine elsewhere."
