@GHT - Very interesting! Didn't know that the FIDs run on ppt... Sucks to be the one who has to set them up!

OK, I guess there were three gate agents working an E90 to YYC, and since half of the bus was status pax, they probably just had tons of people on the J waiting list.

Usually at YYZ, it's 2 gate agents for an A320, I've even seen 1, so I guess they had extra time on their hands...
