Most definitely. The subway is located downstairs near the entrance to D-Cube City. It's actually opposite the hotel's entrance. All of Seoul's major sites are accessible by subway. Also, there is a bank in the building at ground level that gives a great exchange rate for most major currencies, but they keep banker's hours.
