No luck for me today extending my suite ug.

I called to use one of my Feb. exp. suite upgrades certs. for a stay in May. I was transferred to the suite desk and Tom said he couldn't do it, even after I told him I had done it last year and that I had heard several people were able to do it recently this year. He even checked with a co-worker.

He said call back in March after I get my four new ones.
