I agree that they have the right to change their terms, but they really should make it clearer about the minimum charge to receive the offer. I mean, I know that we're supposed to, but how many people actually read through all those T&C? Information like a minimum spend is usually done with an asterisk and then very fine print, which is also annoying but at least I look for.
I'm not blaming them for making the offer change, I just wish it had been a little more obvious. I placed an order for $13 at 8pm last night, and now have no way of knowing if I'll get the miles.
