Thanks for posting these (no need to register on your site). I have saved a copy from there of the original T&C and still had my email from United as well. My CC was billed on 12/5. I have decided to not open my package from them and if the miles don't post I may take the issue up with Chase since I used my United Select Visa for the purchase. Not sure how much that may help but it looks like we may need to be prepared to fight.

One thing is for sure if they don't post my miles I will NEVER use GILT again...
