Thank you, proof that Gilt is "gilty" of sneaky business practices! If I don't get my miles when they do the general sweep, I will fight for them. As it is, they aren't looking too good for Christmas shopping if we can't trust them.
I do not see where they are being guilty or not trustworthy, they are within their full right to change the terms of their offer. It is up to those who sign up for the offer to understand and agree with their terms. The issue is if they did not honor orders completed
before the change of terms, then it becomes their responsibility to ensure that offer is honored. Those who placed orders
after the terms changed or did not read the terms before purchasing have only themselves to be responsible to.
This is no different than the 1000 of other deals, credit card offers, and opportunities found.
