Delta is telling me 115,000 miles. I think it should be 80,000 miles. Am I right?

If 115,000 is actually correct, what aspect of this itinerary makes it more expensive?

If it should be 80,000, how do you suggest getting Delta to do this? I already asked for it to be manually priced and after a long hold they came back and said it was certainly 115,000 miles....
