Today I have an entirely new problem - I can't login to my Groupon account and when I try the "forgot password" function, I'm told that my e-mail adress does not exist in their records. Could this be because I do not live in Switzerland? Luckily my credit card hasn't ben charged yet, the money is only "on hold".
I have absolutely the same problem. Money on hold and unable to login at all, I already sent them cancellation email.
