Normally QQ means "on request" for group bookings.

Group team in sales offices creates PNRs and sends them to the route manager for confirmation and pricing. Then route manager sets the class (price) and changes QQ to HK(confirmed) or HL(waitlist) or sometimes UU (Not possible).

That is what I know about QQ and I am using Quickres/Troya.
