For reference, from fbi.gov:

Update on Rape Definition

The Criminal Justice Information Services Division’s Advisory Policy Board (APB) Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Subcommittee met on October 18, 2011 to discuss the definition of rape in the UCR Summary Reporting Program (SRP).

The following motion will be forwarded to the APB for vote at their December 6-7, 2011 meeting to be held in Albuquerque, New Mexico:

To change the definition of Rape in the UCR SRS to: “Penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.”
Still trying to find a link to the current verbiage ....

ETA: Found 'Forcible Rape' at fbi.gov. Weird how it's seems to be defined only in terms of women:

Forcible rape, as defined in the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program, is the carnal knowledge of a female forcibly and against her will. Attempts or assaults to commit rape by force or threat of force are also included; however, statutory rape (without force) and other sex offenses are excluded.
